Ліцэнзійнае пагадненне

This Agreement is concluded between LLC «Bonum» (TIN 5504229487), the “Licensor”, and you, the “User”, and governs the use of the Navigator MacUtils software (the “Software”).

1. Licence grant

  1. The Licensor grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software.
  2. The licence is valid for one device: the key is issued for the computer identifier you provide at purchase and does not work on other machines.
  3. A 5-day trial with the full feature set is available before purchase.

2. Restrictions

Redistribution, resale, rental, transfer of the key to third parties, modification, decompilation and circumvention of technical protection are not permitted, except where expressly allowed by applicable law.

3. Fee

The licence fee is USD 20 (RUB 1,500 for buyers in Russia). Payment is made through the methods listed on naviutils.com; the key is sent to the e-mail address you confirm.

4. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for indirect damages; total liability is limited to the fee paid.

Keep-awake with the lid closed. The “keep awake on lid close” feature suppresses the standard macOS behaviour and lets the computer keep running with the lid shut. In this mode the case and keyboard cannot dissipate heat the way they do when open, so prolonged high load may overheat the machine. The User enables this feature at their own risk, confirms that they have been warned of the possible consequences, and agrees that the Licensor is not liable for any damage to equipment, loss of data, loss of profit or other losses arising from its use, including overheating, thermal throttling, reduced battery life or hardware failure. Before enabling the feature the Software displays this warning and requires explicit consent.

5. Term and law

The licence is perpetual for versions released while it is in force. Governing law is the law of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.

  1. E-mail address — provided at purchase; used to confirm registration and deliver the licence key.
  2. Device identifier — not a serial number: a truncated one-way hash (12 characters) derived from the board identifier, used solely to bind the licence to one computer.
  3. Server logs — IP address and request time, kept for no more than 30 days.

The Software does not send your clipboard, typed text, screenshots, files or the list of installed apps anywhere. Input processing happens locally on your device; network requests are limited to update checks and, at your initiative, licence registration.

You may request information about processing of your data, its correction or deletion by writing to the address in “Seller details”. Deleting the data makes it impossible to restore your licence key.
